I hope that your wish to travel to different countries will come true. I have traveled to 52 different countries in my life so far. I began with family trips to France, saved up to go to Greece with my paper round and to the Netherlands with money from my Saturday job. Visiting a neighboring country or working abroad are possibilities if you have only a little money. It is rewarding to save up and reach a target. My favorite countries that I have been to are Samoa, Australia, New Zealand, the Seychelles and Belize.

I had a chance to travel to Japan and the US. My stay in Japan was due to work but in the US was for touring. I was just lucky to get a visa I guess. I have no future plans of traveling abroad because I have not traveled around my own country which boasts a lot of great places for tourist. I hope I can do so soon. :)

Have you seen your country completely? The other side of the river is always greener. This is the most tragic part of ones life. We don't want to see what good we have. Globetrotting is enjoyable. Visiting various countries and finding more about their cultures is all very good but enjoy first what we have. Let us be proud of our country and our countrymen and then mankind at large. meapas.

I know many Americans don't count Mexico or Canada as "abroad" but I went to Mexico a while back and I've also been to Ireland. :) If you are really looking forward to traveling more abroad, try smaller trips for shorter amounts of time. Or, go somewhere like London or Paris and take day trips or weekend visits to other places, that way you cover more ground. :) Best of luck, I love traveling too!
