Unusual Back Aches

I am in my 30's and generally healthy but recently i experienced major aches and pains in my lower back bone, right knee and right hip. I didnt experience and injury by the way. The pain was so excruciating that i can't sleep at night. No matter which way i turn in bed, whether i lay on my right or left side it hurts--i mean the bones. And when i lay on my back, my lower back bones hurt...its like my whole body is being weighed down. I also think that my posture is bending a little, like my head and neck is tilted down, like an old man. Thinking about getting up is equally painful. I feel like im in my 70's or '80s...I limp on my right leg when I walk... I am very much concerned...what could be the cause of this? Good thing though that i got a respite these yesterday...i could walk...hopefully i can go to the doctor very soon. Anybody out there with it he same experience? Share it please.

I would definitely say go to the doctor but it sounds like you're suffering from bone degeneration; you may have to start taking a calcium supplement like Caltrate. I'd also highly recommend beginners yoga to get your body's flexibility back and help you get some rest.
