Can someone tell me how to become a writer for 10DollarArticles?

I have been to the website, searched online, and still cannot find where to apply as a writer. Am I missing something? (I've been known to do that)
I just can't seem to find the info on this.

Hi OnlineMoneyman, I read in the forum in AC that 10dollararticles is not looking for writers at this moment.
They have enough writers, but not enough freelance jobs.
If you have account in AC, you can search for the discussion thread under "other writing gig"

Well, that explains why I can't find it anywhere...any recommendations for other writing sites? I use ehow.com, and do very well there. I have tried others, such as AC and Helium without much luck in earnings.
I wish I could find another site that pays as well as eHow.
