What are the things that make a person health? what are some reasons it's important to stay health?Can we always take care of our own health?if yes,explain.if no,give some example of who we need to rely on to take care of our health.

According to me Health is combination of Physical Fitness & mental stability. Physical fitness is in our hands , do regular exercises like yoga , aerobics & play outdoor games like football to eat a healthy & balanced diet to achieve a healthy phsique. But mental fitness also depends on your enviroment apart from you, so easy solution of having a good mental stability is keep everyone around you happy & do meditation on regular basis to control your thinking process & enjoy your life. Emotions do affect our health sometimes as I think so. Recently I have been having tensions for my exams and My work was tough too so I was careless enough to do not take breakfast or eat in time. I notice the same things when I have some problems in my couple and I end up being a bit careless so it obviously do affect my health. Thankfully I go to gym and have friends and family who are very supportive who do not let me down at all. We are our sole saviour sometimes to take care of our own health but if there is a person who is always taking care of your health then this is wonderful too.
