what do u prefer to use?laptops or Desktops.

I prefer desktops.Its not that i hate laptops,but that i love desktops a little more.because we can add what ever we need like nice graphic card+full hd monitor,powerful sound card,tv tuner card etc....and we can manage the damaged parts of our own.the maintenance cost is low compared to laptops.we cant upgrade the hardware of laptops except RAM....whats ur opinion?

i like desktop as its easy to upgrade everything in it... i can do it one by one and its much cheaper compared to laptops... but i prefer laptop as i can take it anywhere with me, all my files and other stuff saved in my laptop, whenever i need wherever i am, its just so easy to go with it. yeah i agree with you with teh desktop having a low maintenance cost... laptop parts are very expensive... so its really important to take very well care of it.
i have both... but i always use my laptop.

I agree with you! Desktops are much easier to use, easier to upgrade, usually faster, BUT there is a disadvantage being that it isnt portable like laptops. but it has the advantage of lifespan because most laptop batteries start to hold less and less charge making them unreliable. so im pretty split on which is better but i say desktops are better :D

i have both desktop and a laptop but i prefer desktop over laptop... im not comfortable with laptop in terms of gaming... and laptop hardware parts are hard to come by on our stores here, only through order and it is expensive.. Desktop All the way.! ^^

Hii dear friend..nice to meet you here..I will prefer laptop than the desktop..Now i am using the laptop..Really laptop is better..we can travell it where ever we can..But carrying desktop is difficult..Laptop is portable and also it has many feautures than the desktop..It has all facilities inbuilt..I will prefer laptop..happy mylotting dear friend..have a nice day..keep smiling..

i also agree with you i also love desktops more than laptops....as i can add whatever i want like some graphic card or any other stuff........though laptops now a days come equipped with all this stuff.....but desktop gives you a chance to play game which is a bit difficult in laptops......but in terms of work i would prefer laptops which gives me a chance to access my data whenever and wherever required........

Desktops are really easiest to fix and less expendable then laptops, but the thing is just about why do you need a computer? I think based on that most people you answer your question.
Desktop are powerful than laptops, so if you wanna play games or work with heavy things I suggest you to use a Desktop, but if you need to work in different places so the only way is a laptop or some kind of mobile computer.
For me I think the better one is laptop just because it's mobile.
