Ciao.com is going away...

Today, I recieved an email from ciao and it was saying ciao.com is being integrated into bing shopping system.
it means you can only earn discounts and cashbacks from shopping on the internet, but making money online will not be possible anymore :(
This is a really bad news for me as I was planning to focus on writing reviews to ciao to make some extra money and I haven't been active on there for ages because of my school business..
what do you think of the situation..

Ciao has been useless for sometime now. I don't know why they would switch to being a discount site though. How many sites like that exist? Thousands!!!!

I have made a total of 150 dollars from that site and from other sites, I have made a total of $35 in 2 years.

I have had sites close on me like that and it does suck. I lost out when boomertowne closed. I personally was not a member of ciao but by the number of mylot discussions about it there are a lot of disappointed people. Sorry things didnt work out for you but there are plenty of other opportunities on the net. It is pathetic that a few people ruin it for the whole bunch.

It was bound to happen sooner or later. It seems like a majority of the review sites out there aren't paying anymore. But I am kind of bummed out to hear that. I was planning on working a bit on that site too. Oh well, I guess I'll save myself the trouble and find something else now.
