Drug Addiction post marriage A Pride or Punishment Issue?

Say you have been in a relationship with someone for four years, then married and you find out after the fact that your husband is a drug addict, what are the consequences? Does it matter what type of drug it is, if it is some lowly drug like Marijuana vs. Cocaine? If it is not interfering with your life at all, because he only will do it at work away from you and your family, do you swallow your pride and let him/her go on with it? Or do you treat him like a leper or leave him?
