Watching Television before go to bed

Hello guys, Do you watch TV shows for long time at night before go to bed? Then you shall have to be cautious. A group of US psychiatrists making alert and said,such habit may create obstacale in your sleeping. As a result your mental pressure can increase. Your weight may go high and even you may become a cardiac patient.Dr.Mathias Basner the researcher of Pensilvania Universlty says,to keep our body and mind fit we require sufficient sleep.

Interesting information. I sleep with the tv on cause i have to have some noise in order to fall asleep. I live by myself so the noise from the tv keeps me company at nite. If it is too quite at night my mind tends to wonder about every little sound I hear. I turn the volume way down through and I put the tv on a sleep timer.

I dont think I have a television craze. I dont think there is anything wrong with sleeping with the tv on if it gives someone comfort. I have no problem getting my 8 hours.

I don't quite understand what you are saying? Does it matter if you watch 10 hours of TV before you sleep as long as you get a sufficient amount of sleep? Or does TV make you not sleep as easily. I'm not sure what you asking...TV makes you fat only if you don't exercise enough.
