Questions regarding Marketiva...

Recently I have read about Marketiva where they will give you 5 USd as a starter. I did a bit of research on the forex trading broker and found that some of the forums say Marketiva is a scam. Some people say otherwise. I am new to forex trading, and the 5USD offer looks interesting and tempting for me to start trying out forex. So who do you guys think of Marketiva? Is it a scam? Anyone receive payments from it? I do not really want to waste my time and effort the sites that would turn out to be scams Had enough of the PTC scam sites already.
