Who can write a special recipe of your country?

Hi everybody!! We are in a website where many people of many country can meet end know each other. I have an idea. I have many american and stranger friend and i like to know theyr language, theyr food and other...so I would like if you will write here a tipical recipe of your country.. so i could cook and taste it. And you all could read and cook the recipes too. It's a way to know better our traditions. What do you think?

Ok, I will be the first to answer, I just made some Chicken and Dumplumings, they are so good, I don't think you are allowed to put in reciepes but I will just tell you what I did, I boiled some Chicken and put like 4 Chicken boullion cubes in it, it is like a chicken stock in a form of a block. I added my seasons, I put some Garlic in it (fresh). I let it cook for a couple of hours, then I use some biscuits in the can, that is the way my father always cooked it. you can put some Celery and carrots in it with onions too, it is optional though. It is a meal in itself. I just eat some it was really good. I hope that you will try it I don't know what Country you live in. But I am from the U.S. Most Americans like this. I hope you will like it.
