Well i had worked in an organization where we used to get our salaries really very late. The staff had to really ask for their salaries time and again and i used to hate this.
But now i am working in a new place and the employer credits salaries to our respective accounts by 8th of every month and he is quite disciplined in this regard.I respect him for his attitude towards his employees.
I am just curious to know that members who are working,do they get salaries in time or the employer keeps them on their toe for this?
Are the members satisfied with their pay scale and working conditions?

I have never received my payment on time, I have to ask my boss every now and then to tell him the date and to remind him to give me my salary, It is frustrating for me because he never forgets to give me loads of work but he do forget to give me my salary. Now I think I have to leave th ejobfor a better one.

Ya it is very frustrating at times when you are not given due weightage for your hard work .I handle too much work and never have the time to relax even for five minutes but at the end of the day,i feel satisfied that my hard work will be paid off.
I wish you best of luck and hope you find a good job which pays you on time.

Employees have worked hard during the month and I think they they deserve to get their salary at the promised date. Everyone has needs that has to be met and that is the very reason why they work. If they are not going to be paid or if payment is going to be late then they have every right to look for another job opportunity elsewhere. In our company, we always get paid on time. The accounting department makes sure that there will be no delays, and if the assigned date falls on a weekend or holiday, then the salaries are released on an earlier date.

I am happy at least there are a few employers who give importance to their employees and pay them on time.
