Do you wait till your stomach GROWL??!!

Hi, my stomach is actually growling now! I was wondering if I would find anyone at MyLot who experience the same. How many of you wait for your stomach to growl before feeding it? Or, you just time yourself and eat on time EVERY SINGLE DAY??
Is there anyone out there who actually not experienced growling tummy??
Oh I better get something to eat before I get that burning sensation!

Oh no I will not wait for my stomach to make a sound like that if I am really hungry. I eat on time and its really hurt if you wait for it. Don't let your health suffer from what you do, always important to prioritize are health, if we are hungry we have to eat immediately.

I agree with you about health issues. But due to my work, I forget my lunch hour and only realize when my stomach growls! Then I'll get the office boy to buy me food. I try to sip tea, while waiting for food to arrive! Thank you for your concern and I will try to improve on my health. Thank you for sharing!

I usually eat anytime I feel like eating. I don't wait for my stomach to growl before I eat something. Actually, even when I am not hungry, I like to munch chips or something. Thank goodness I have a fast metabolism. So I don't get fat easily. But sometimes, when I am busy or preoccupied with something, my stomach growls. It is then my cue to eat already.

Yes, it's growling right now. Sometimes I eat something, other times, I'm lazy so I let it growl.

Ok, do you let it growl till you feel that burning sensation? I was advised by the doctor that don't wait till the burning sensation as that's what it's called gastric! My sometimes, I tend to enjoy the growl though! Thanks for sharing.
