I have 3 kittens, 1 black and 2 black/white that look like twins. The black one and one of the black/white ones are female. There is one male black and white. I don't know why but I have been having trouble naming the "twins". The black one has been named "Bear". The following are names I have thought of but may be someone can help me come up with better names. 1. Bonnie and Clyde. 2. Ellie May and Jethro. 3. Jack and Jill.

No!! Not Bonnie and Clyde! They were murderers so you don't want that. Jack and Jill is so cute!! I do like that however, there's Hansel and Gretal, Mickey and Minnie, Jack and Jackie and so many others that are just as cute but don't name them after some low life scum bags. That would be honoring their wrong doings, I'm sure you don't want to do that..... right? lol

I am glad you approve. I am rather pleased with them too. I think it gives a richness to their personality and lives to have such regal names.

I finally decided on names!!!! Emmy and Oscar. Since we are in L.A. which is near Hollywood and my good friend works for Sony Pictures, I decided to name them Emmy and Oscar. Hope everyone is as happy with this as I am. (grin)

I told the kittens their names today for the first time. As I did, I thought of both of them and was very happy to be so satisfied with the names I picked. Emmy is shy and reserve. Oscar is going to be a big bouncing boy, full of energy. They are so adorable. If I had enough points here I could post their pictures. After I get to 500 may be I will do that. I hope that I will be able to find them a good home. They will be going to a "showing" again this weekend. Today they were 7 weeks old. Pretty soon they will be leaving their momma for their own independence. It is hard for me to split up the little family but husband is happier when I can find homes for the "visitors" as I call them. I get attached so easily, it is hard to let them go.

I'm rather partial to Bonnie and Clyde, but maybe you should pick a name that suits their personalities rather than just a matching pair of bookend names

I did like Bonnie and Clyde too but opted for Emmy and Oscar in honor of my dear friend who has been so instrumental in helping me find homes for so many kittens and helping me get medical aid for 2 kitties who were in dire need. She really helped save their lives and I am so grateful to her.

That's funny. My husband calls our cats everything but their real names. Frick and Frack are cute but they sound like 2 boy's names to me. I actually like your moniker name (I am assuming it it not your real name) "Scarlet".... hum... may be Scarlet and Rhett? Thanks for the suggestion.

Hey, that is pretty cute. I think those names will be in the running. They sound like a derrivation of Patches which is a name I have thought of but I have only known Patches that were doggies. I appreciate the suggestions.
