Problem with my Neobux Account

I am not sure if any of you is experiencing the same problem of mine. But lately, I am having problem with my Neobux account.
For a few days already, everytime I logged in Neobux and tried to click the available ads, a message something like the ip address I am using already clicked the ads. I can't recall the exact message but the thought is that somebody already used the same ip address I am using to login and clicked ads in Neobux.
At first, I blamed my brothers-in-law who are borrowing our laptop and broadband connection during the day that my husband and I are in the office. I thought before that maybe they registered as well in Neobux thus the ip address is now used for the day. So what I did the ff day is that I put the laptop in our room so they can't borrow it. But still, I got the same problem when I tried to click the available ads for me. No one used the laptop the whole day so I am not sure what happened.
Then the nexy day, everything is ok. I was able to clicked the available 4 ads and I was credited with it. But yesterday, something more weird happen. When I login to click my ads, all the available ads for my account appeared that they were clicked already. Somebody clicked those ads using my account but no one used the laptop in our absense at home.
I am thinking that maybe my account is hacked? but I still can log-in in it using my login credentials. If my account is hacked, surely the hacker will change the password already, right? What I did after that is I requested for a new Neobux password. I am not sure if this will work as a work around to solve the problem i am having but that's the only solution i can think of as of the moment. Then later, when I arrive at our home, I will see if the problem is now fixed.
Please advise what the real problem is. I am very sad because I am not able to maximize the earnings that I could have as time goes by.
