Adding email to alert pay

Now I need to understand something about Alertpay. I have two email ids so is it better to open two separate Alertpay accounts or is it better to have one account when the emails are linked. Also while receiving can I request payment with any of the linked email ids or should I need to set the desired mail id as primary and then request for payment. Also sites which have stringent requirement of having separate Alertpay accounts will usage of a linked Alertpay account be considered cheating. Anybody who knows the system very well please let me know. Thanks in advance.
