This is a boo question but how can I be verified with my PayPal Premier account if I do not use credit cards?
Please help...anyone.

if you dont have a credit card that you can use to verify your paypal account then apply for a debit card. i checked your profile and your from Philippines, go to union bank and apply for an eon card (its a debit card) for only 200 pesos. when you have that, use it to verify your paypal account, there will be an instruction there at paypal site on how to do it... simple...

What it I don't have an account in Union Bank?

it doesnt matter if you have an account there or not, the eon debit card is like a cashcard of bpi... parang atm din lang. bring valid IDs at least 2, and a id picture if you go there, so everything is ready if they asked for it... just go there and apply.

i don't know in your country but i guess this not change much..you can apply for a debit card and afterthat proceed with your verification on paypal or even on bank account i think you can but before you should set your bank adress on your paypal account!!
