I don't get what's the meaning of Paypal free account. As i know, paypal is free to register. Perhaps you meant the Paypal Personal account? I think it's important to have your paypal verified if you want to withdraw your Paypal funds. At least that's the policy. But if you haven't verifying your Paypal, it doesn't a matter for you to receive payment or money transfered from other people. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

I got my account there a long time ago so things may have changed. But then the best reason to verify was so you could get direct deposit of the mony you have in PayPal into your bank. I never had any problem with my Mylot earnings being deposited into my PayPal account with no fees. But if someone pays you with a credit card than PayPal acesses a fee that is higher than what it would be if you have their next level account which is also free but if you go to that level, then there is a fee on everything that comes into your account.
