I usually cook chicken or pork when I fire up the grill. I do occasionally throw some sausage, hot dogs, burgers, or fish on there as well though.

I like brats on the grill or Italian sausages. I do not think we have done a pork roast out doors, yet. I am sure we will at some point. I really enjoy pork loin roasts.

Grilled pork is good. I like to marinate it for several hours before I put it on the grill. The trick to cooking pork on the grill is to cook it really slow. I usually put it on the top rack of the grill so that I don't have to worry as much about the grill flaring up and burning the outside of the meat. I try to keep the grill about 350 degrees if the meat is really thick like a roast. For pork chops or similar cuts, it is OK to cook it a little faster.

If I'm cooking a barbeque I will normally cook sausages and burgers on it but if I'm feeling adventurous I will attempt other foods. I tend to avoid cooking chicken because I'm always worried about not being able to tell if it is properly cooked and I would hate to risk salmonella. I have tried cooking fish on the barbeque and I love it. I think it tastes so delicious! Trout works very well and I would recommend it. Other than that I make Salads to eat with the barbequed items but I do that indoors and bring it out to where ever the barbeque is.

We live in Florida and cook out on the grill several times a week. Tonight we had barbequed chicken legs. Along with hamburgers and hotdogs...which we don't have too often, we cook ribs, steaks, rotisserie chicken halves, shrimp, fish filets like tilapia and trout, corn on the cob, whole potatoes, and gator tail.

I cant stand the taste of hotdogs, when I cook out, I usualy make hamburgers or steak if I can find a good sale and it's cheap enough.
I have cooked alot of other things on the grill as well... I have made baked potatoes, shrimp, chicken, and fish.
I cooked shark on the grill also and it was the best fish ever, but I'm no fisherman and the friend that cought it has since moved and I dont know where else to get fresh shark.
Ok, I think thats enough of this discusion for now, I'm making myself hungry.

My wife and I have been experimenting a lot with the girll as of late. We got a nice new, big grill. We have rotisseried chicken on there, we have cooked chicken normally on there, we have cooked shrimp, pizza, and many, many burgers, hot dogs, and steaks. Next to try is pork roast. Gotta love the grill.

I will usually make chicken or turkey burgers. I like doing hotdogs though, I buy the expensive kind so they don't just shrivel up on the grill, nobody will eat a burnt hotdog, I've tried it and its not like a burnt marshmallow over a campfire. I have made hobo dinners on a grill though, that was fun.

We do hamburgers and hotdogs sometimes. We love to make grilled chicken. It is one of our favorite meals. I also want to try that grilled pizza you made. That looked so awesome! I love grilling, but I hate cleaning the grill. It is on my list of least favorite things to do!

We cook out a great deal so it really depends on our mood and what we have in the house. I would much rather cook on the grill than on the stove.. especially in the summer time as it gets the house so much warmer
