Your health is everything - Don't see a doctor who doesn't listen to you

When I was younger, I don't care what I thought the my doctors were almost like God (LOL). If I was sick and talk to my doctor, even when seems like he wasn't listening or didn't care I would just coninue to see the doctor. One of the worst things is to have a doctor that doesn't take the time to really listen to what you are saying or what your symtoms are. Today, I know better, I don't want to waste the doctors time, etc.. so I do get to the point but I do at least want him to hear what is going on. I never see any doctors (ANYMORE) that act like they don't care or just don't want to listen. Please do yourself a favor and remember that it is your health - and you have to be in control of it.
