When ordering off the TV, is it right for them to offer you upgrades etc?

If you call to order a product you see online or on TV, do you mind when they offer you upgrades and add-ons or do you feel they are wasting your time?I work for a company who does this.. and just trying to get an understanding if people want these offers mentioned to them or would you rather just call to get the item you called for??? Thanks for your input!
