Last year I had this predicament, I lost my phone or I think it was snatched from my pocket. Until now, I never do anything about it. I am thinking to block it so that it will become totally useless but the problem is to whom shall I ask help? What should I do? My lost phone is samsumg sgh-d900.

Last time I had a very bad time when I lost my cell phone.I had a pick pocket..I had to do a general diary at the local police station,to get a new SIM card in my name once again..... Seriously I hate that police man who was there in charge..... He was asking to many question as if I am the person who is guilty.

That's very unfortunate. The good thing is you stay calm and wasn't overcome by your anger. That's the reason I longer made an attempt to report the incident to the police. I don't want to waste my time especially it's already evening. But lol, I felt so dull and my sweat was pouring all over my body... I don't know waht to do. I have important files on the external phone memory and phone numbers of my contacts.

I have had this happen to me a couple of times. The best thing to do is call your phone company as soon as you realize that it is gone. Let them know they very last call you made so that you don't have to pay for any calls thereafter. If you don't tell them immediately, then they won't believe that you actually lost it when you say you did.
