how do you deal people who doesnt pay in time

I owe lot of money.but I don't have the ability to pay bake the money.I just hope that my creitors will not be too anxious.I fell into a dilemma.I need to be trusted.and I need some times to processing.

Thanks for initiating a great discussion. I also wonder why some people don't pay on time. In fact, those who don't pay on time are the ones who don't want to pay altogether. If you are not strict enough to ask for your money, they would never come to pay you. I have simply stopped lending money to my friends and aquaintances as I have lost a lot of money.

The best thing is to avoid such situations by not lending people money. A lot of the time people will take liberty's and delay paying it back, to the point where it feels like you are harassing them for it. I have been in these situations before, this is why I avoid mixing friends and money. I used to have a bad credit score, but I have been working to improve it recently, I no longer have any defaults. Tell the person that you want your money today.

I myself don't know why they can't pay on the time that they promised. Maybe, it is an excuse to get away from the responsibility. People do things differently. Some give reasons which are valid , like they do not really have no money. While others would just want to evade that "due time", they would go somewhere else. One way to let them know that you really mean business is not to let them borrow again until full payment has been received from the previous debt.

Well they're leeches! That's all I can tell you. They seem to forget that borrowing money or anything from someone is more than juts borrowing money or anything. Its a silent pact that says " Trust me and trust you". Whenever people borrow money from me I let a part of me thrust them In case they don't pay up there's nothing I can do but blacklist them. I don't waste my time being bitter to those leeches cause if i harbor negative feelings I'm on the losing end. So Just blacklist them and move on. money is just a piece of paper you'll earn the next time but trust is something that is more precious and once wasted they can never come back. I always give them my parting words, " You go take the money it's yours. Time will come when you need me you won't get any from me".

Well, im not dealing with those kind of people,. But the best thing to do is to not let them borrow again, because if they did, i'll close my ears and do what i have to do..

My Dear Friend, you are currect, many time people gets these type of problem, try to leave the job not before getting other job, when you get these type of problem just make theory, now the time comes make the other job, because you will not getting after fighting, may be damage your relation for future, just leave him, because we all the come on earth, for limited period, life must go smooth, when we take revange like that thing, you will come next birth for close your account, this is my thinking may we wrong for some people, thanks

hello gelay07, It's really frustrating when you helped someone on their hard days by letting them borrow some amount and promised that they will pay you on this date and after waiting for a while they'll never pay you. They kept on telling a lot of reasons and sometimes it's so tiring to wait and listen. Tried a lot of things, even went to the attorney, same thing. Just wasted a lot of my time, effort and money for paying the attorney and the likes. Better not to let anyone borrow your money or incase you do, give a lot of allowance, have a lot of patience for most of the time you can never get your money back.

I also borrow money from my friend and If I cannot pay my friend on the promise date I go and talk to them ahead of time to avoid miss communication and some sort of things. Your question now is how to deal with people who don't pay on time, did this person advise you ahead of time or they just simply ignore and waited for you to collect the money before mentioning that they can't pay you? I don't was to be harsh on my friends, but it they keep on promising and they was not able to keep it several times. There is always and end to something, like my patience, I sometime end up getting their payroll ATM or I ask for a valuable thing inside their home and they will be able to get it back as soon as they pay me and if not until the day they promise for the last, I will keep the item for good. It's just up to you how will you talk to them about it. It's a matter of understanding. I hope i was able to point out something.

well, there are really people who are not good in paying on time... but there are those who cannot pay on time because they really have problems, or they money they are expecting so they can pay the one they owe has not yet arrived. i too borrow money from my friend and sometimes even if i want to pay on time, there are times i was not able to do it because of other problems, it wasnt my intention to not pay on time, but i was not able to really help the situation. i did told my friend that i will be late in giving him back what i owe. also when somebody borrows money from me, if they have excuses that they cannot pay on time, i usually try to see if their reason is good or not, and when it is not and they are just trying to make excuses on not paying on time, i dont let them borrow anymore... i have had people i tried to help but when i asked my money back they have so many excuses of not returning it.

Yes, I also have some friends who don't pay me back on time. Sometimes, I kept telling them to pay back already and still they won't pay. They kept making lame excuses and reasons. That is why I never make the mistake of lending money to these so-called friends of mine anymore. They paid immediately when I got really angry already. I did not want it to get to that point but it needed to so that they will pay. I told them I won't lend them money anymore in the future.

some they just make borrowing money a habit. i can lend you the first time but if you didnt pay me back even if its jsut a smsll amount then thats the last time. And when its borrow its borrow, if i give it then i gave it to you. I think one reason why we borrow money is because we mishandle our money, we dont handle it right, because if we do then we have enough that we dont have to borrow. I dont ask the person to pay me if its due already because if he has the sense of what borrow is then he should initiate to pay back as soon as he can and dont have to wait for me to ask for it.

I write in forums and warn others about that company. I tell the owner of the site I will give a bad review if doesn´t pay me. And if there´s too much time, I would go to make a complain in some internet fraud organization

I think it's a common practice that some borrowers no longer care if she or he can pay the money in the intended time. Sad to think that when they desperately needed the money they come into your presence faster than the wind. But when pay time is due they are hard to find. I choose the person I lend money with. It's hard to trust nowadays.

It is very difficult fo rme to deal with people who don't pay on time. I have come across those kind of situations many times in my life. Most of the time thse people will be my good friends. i hate people who don't pay on time. I will never give money to somebody if they haven't paid me the last time. If I borrow money from somebody, I will make it a point to give it back on time. I keep reminders in my phone to give the money back on time. I will feel embarassed to stand infront of somebody without giving the money which I promised to give back earlier.

Even I feel very awkward when I am not paid because that is our hardwork,The persons who doesnot pay the salary must face the same situation,then only he will understand.If the condition is serious then I will deal it legally.
