According to me, IPL and BCCI in race of making huge money is playing with the game. Teams like INDIA, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand are already out of the tournament. Moreover after defeat, captain of team INDIA was heard been said that its all because of IPL and its busy schedule.
Players are tired, etc. Teams like Netherland and pakistan whos none of the players played in IPL were seen fit and sporty.
I guess, lalit modi and BCCI is getting too greedy that game is kept aside.
What according to you is the truth. is IPL responsible??

i dont think ipl os responsible.its just an excuse or the media is trying to pop up too much into it.ipl has only helped indian players like it has helped the other team players who were in ipl.india lost because other teams were better than them in all aspects.indians dont even know how to play bouncers then how on earth are they going to win the world cup!they lost for good i guess!

I agree with you.Indian playere will have to learn to play bouncers for them to be really effective in english conditions.I think more short pitched balls are waiting for them in the west indies tour.

I agree. Other teams were much better than india. Infact pakistan team, whose none of the players played in IPL showing good cricket. They are into finals once again and they are consistent. I guess this year they will win this T20 world cup. tough i dont want, but finally cricket should win and not some country.

no its not like that because all the players played in the indian team was the youngsters they cant recognise rest at this age. They can able to play without rest. but due to their over confidence they losses all the match in the super eight match.so i cant related with the ipl .

All the players in indian team are experienced enough. they all playerd T20 world cup last year also and by fluke they won too. Yes it was a fluke only if india shows such play.

I don't think so. I think IPL is a pure excuse to justify India's poor performance in the T20 WC. All countries played in the IPL and none of them had any problems

IPL cannot really be a blame.A good number of players from South Africa,New Zealand and Sri Lanka took part in the IPL,yet they were able to perform decently during the WC.The inability to raise the game during critical junctures and some strategic blunders cost India dear. The only way IPL could have been responsible is :It made the players tired. In international criket this is no excuse. They should have opted out instead.

Actually IPL is not at all a reason because the Indians would have got a chance to acclimatise with the pace and bounce of south african wickets. If anyone is getting tired of playing IPL then they should have opted out or should have played in fewer matches.
