How do you know, when somebody lie to you? Body language?eyes?

even when you know the person for a very long time it is still hard to detect a lie. but i guest its very hard to do so

i am not a good reader of body language, or eyes, or people that lies. sometimes, i am the last to know that i have been lied to. it really takes a lot of effort to trust back when that happens. but i hurt so much knowing the person i trusted would do that to me. but i dont hold grudge no matter how angry i am. i only know one thing.. time heals.

Well you can't really tell exactly if the person is lying.. But like what you said it can be seen in his behavior.. =D sometimes I can sense it in his tone, most of the time in the eyes and body language. If he can't look straight at you and has a very low or defensive voice, most probably it means that he's lying.. The best way to know is to listen carefully to what he has to say and try to interrogate this person by asking smart questions. Well when it comes to forgiving this person, I think it depends on the depth of his lies.. We have what we call "white lies" so probably this person is just doing it for a good cause.. but as we say, the end does not justify the means so it really depends on the situation. If it will cause me so much then there's no forgiving maybe.. I'm a very patient person so once I lost it, definitely I won't forgive him.

I usually make my instinct work on it. I also can tell if a person is lying if his reasons are very illogical and inconsistent. I can still trust a person who lie ones on me but the next time I caught him, I will make sure that there will be no third time chance.

hi icesmiles, It is so easy to know that somebody lied to me, An initial reaction of a liar, he or she cannot face some one especially the investigator eye to eye. He or she sometimes cannot control his or her hands or fingers. If someone will lie to me many times I will not believe on him or her anymore. thanks God bless.

Lol, if my boyfriend is telling me a white lie it is extremley easy to tell, i think its just because i know him so well though as i dont think it is a particular thing.

When a person is lying to me then I can know that by observing him/her when she/he is talking, by either the body language or the topic discussing is with full of lies and cheating. I have been infront of someone talking and the topic he had chosen was too well known for me and I Know the truth and that person was only lying to me while behaving that he is talking the truth, I wanted to stop him but he was so lying that he could not be stopped. Finally and now that I know he is a liar so I do not argue with him a lot.

It depends on the situations, sometimes people may not be in a position to tell the truth and so to get their thing done, they might come up with some lies. It has often happened with me, but if I can help, I will help despite knowing he/she is lying. meapas.
