I am currently looking for a job and it gets frustrating when you don't get the jobs you apply for. I am trying to save up for either repairing a crappy car, or buying a used one. Without having a job, what is the absolute best way to make money, online or offline.

Well, I'm 16 and unemployed, so I feel your pain. Right now what I'm doing is MyLot and Ebay. Of course it's only making me small change....$15 here, $5 there....I've just now reached payout for MyLot ($10.19 as of now). I would like to make steady income but I really don't want to work for people, like at McDonalds, Walmart, etc.
I can't really help you, but I'd love to read some other peoples suggestions on this. Nice discussion, this is something that has been on my mind for a while now as well. Happy Mylotting! :)

I second that, i dont want to work for an employer. I work for myself, like yard work is what i do, so someone needs work done, they call me up and i go do it. so of course i dont have it full time, but still the money is raked in. I am just starting to put stuff on ebay, and i have heard it works well, so i hope i do good. yes btw i am 17.

Yup, sure does. That's when having a good relationship with your parent(s) comes in, lol! My father encourages me to make money online, and has made a Paypal account in his name so that he can receive my payments, then give them to me (since I am too young). Ask your father/mother or both if they'd let you do that (if your too young). It doesn't cost anything to set up a Paypal account, but you will pay a fee whenever you get payed through Paypal (they usually take it out of your balace....so say, you sell a book on Ebay for $7 + $4 shipping....you wouldn't get $11, but probably $10.30, or something like that, because of Paypal fees).

It would be better if you'd get a part time job instead of investing online because online earning needs, as I said, an investment. Not in terms of money but in terms of time. If you're old enough to own a car and you're already worried about how to fix it, I'm guessing your old enough to get a part time job. That's a more reliable way of earning enough money in a certain frame of time.
Thanks for the response on my discussion :)

i think at the mo the best way is to use online stuff until u find a job.
If you write revews try reviewstream u get like 0.4 -$2 a review.
you could also try sites like ezihippo or my page5 which pay you for commenting, uploading pic and videos etc.
Pickjack pays out but only a little bit, winspinwin lets u take your money out when u get to $20.
Also try trekpay which their is a link for on my profile.

I would have to say both, see i am 17 and i dont really work full time. and i need the cash to pay for gas and insurance on my truck, so i am doing it on the internet where i can make about 250 a month maybe more in some cases. But then when i do work outside of the computer i can make a little more. But the computer/Internet helps alot.
