What planets or aspects are likely to effect intelligence?

Like what aspects between which planets could effect a person´s intelligence? And I don´t mean life learning, but the ability to learn. Like your IQ Thanks = )

affects all the planets, like the moon affects the way the sea moves.....

Yeah, I hear it somewhere, I think it was in a newspaper, or in the tv news, or in a documentary, I don´t know for sure, that the moon and the tides, the sea....are closely related. And I believe that if the moon can have an effect so wide, the other planets also will. It´s a though I´ve got. No everybody will agree with me, but we are all entitled to have an opinion.
