Do you use low radiation monitor?

The traditional monitors emitt alot of radiation and it makes me feel sick. It is making my eyes sore. Visiting a cafe is horrible experience and you have to do with a old monitor.

yeah! you can use sunglasses or you can reduce the brightness of the monitor.
you can also position the monitor head upwards or downwards.
do not sit face to face and look in to the monitor.
either sit at a distance or move the monitor head up or down.

cafe not only have old monitor but also there is very little space between the computer and ourselves. I work for long hours on computer but i don't feel any sore because i practice the 20-20-20 principle.
that is for every 20 minutes look away from your compute blink 20 times and then look at a object which is at least 20 feet from you.
