Do You still buy Newspapers, Or Do You Read Favourite Publications On Line?

I only buy newspapers on Saturday so my husband and I will have a TV guide for the next week. The rest of the time we prefer to read our newspapers on line. It's much better for the environment, and it costs less. What do you prefer?

Not all... if only the ones I am currently subscribed to are free online... then I may just make the leap for the sake of my pockets.

When I think about it, I don't think I ever bought a newspaper regularly. I am not much into news. If it's something important I will hear about it, if not, there's not need to read about it LOL Now that we have them online I sometimes take a look when there is something that I want to know more about, but trully I am not much a newspaper reader, be it on paper or online.

I mostly read news online, partly because it's free but mostly because it's more up -to-date. Most of the times when i read a newspaper it's a free newspaper that's published on weekdays (there are actually two published in New York, am New York and Metro (which is published in many other cities around the world). There're not very comprehensive, but at about 24 pages they're a nice length for a commute. Sometimes I'll buy a newspaper if there are a lot of articles I know I want to read, such as the Tuesday New York Times (which has a special Science section) or the Sunday paper, which has a ton of news and features, and has multiple sections that I can take with me different places.

Well, I still subscribe to my local paper since is important for me to know what is going around my community. In regards to World News there is nothing better than to watch the news on TV.

I still buy it, although I don´t buy them so frequently as I used to be. And that´s a good point, so everybody will spend less in paper, and thus less trees will be cut........ I read almost everything through the computer, I find it easy, although some people I know don´t get used to it, to me is exactly the opposite.

Here there is a free paper I get. It is a min version of the Washington Post. It has just enough of everything and it even has a crossword puzzle.About 10 years ago we got the Sunday Washington Post.We got it for the coupons and tv guide.

I never buy newspapers. We get a free Wednesday paper and that is about it. I never have time to read them. I do look up some of the news online though through our local website or watch the news though.

I don't often read the newspaper today. Because of the internet, I can learn any news easily. The newspaper is no longer important for me. As you can find the latest news in details via the net. I love China

We just get the Sunday paper so to get the coupons however, they're next to not being worth buying any more because of the amount of useless coupons that are in there any more. I'm forever sharing them with my mom so they have to count for something or the paper just isn't worth having.

Well, as I report to the office during workdays, we have a daily supply of newspaper. So usually every morning before I start working, I read the newspaper. When I am not working however, usually during weekends, I just watch the news on CNN or the local news.

I don't read the newspaper, I don't think that reporters have done their jobs in the last few years and with all the secondary news sources like bloggs and left leaning news programs I can't get the news without commentary anymore.
