My 2 young daughters keep complaining unfair, unfair..... I wondered do they really understand what is unfairness? Every time when I scolded or punished them, they would shout "UNFAIR! UNFAIR!" In life, there are so many unfairness around us. We got treated unfairly by our teachers in school and when we come out to work in the society, we got treated unfairly by our superiors, the list just goes on and on. I just resigned from my job last Thursday because of unfair treatment from my supervisor in terms of work schedule arrangements and work recognition. So to what extend can you tolerate unfair treatment directed to you? Have you been treated unfairly recently? Want to share?

O daniel, that is really really unfair!!! I can understand how you feel cos during my school days, I also have the same experience as you. But during that time, we cannot complained about our teachers. Now time is different, many parents are very involved with their children's education. They always talk or email to their children's teachers or even principals. For me, I also keep a close watch on my daughters' progress in school by keeping regular contact with their teachers. Is there anyway you can make a complain against your biased professor? Don't give up, ok? Cheers =))

Yes , I do agree with you that there is a lot of unfairness around us .I am a software engineer struggled to get a job in the recession time.
Being a fresher, to get some experience I have joined a company as Trainee for 3 months & guess what they are not paying me a single penny for my work.
They are harnessing me & due to recession i am forced to do the job despite being not paid . You can guess my frustration , how difficult it is to work without salary.Isn't it an fair treatment that inspite getting a Engineer Tag , they are able to harness human resource.
But , the only motivation I have is that I am learning something & getting a feel of company.

Hihi =)
How can your company don't pay you a single cent for working with them even as trainee . It is pure exploitation!!! I definitely can understand your frustration. What you lack is only work experience. They should and must pay you a least the minimum amount of salary for a trainee. Well, I guess I should applaud for your positive thinking. Not everyone can think like you and treat it as gaining work experience and exposure for your future job application. Well done!!!
