Building a Home out of Shipping Containers

A container based home offers a fast, green, and sustainable approach to building. These in inter-model steel moving units ISBUS are manufactured in a factory controlled environment so they are standardized and reliable. They can be used to build an average size, and almost no wood. They used four 40x8x8 foot ISBUs laid side by side to create the three bedroom, 1280 square foot home without hint of its original corrugated steel exterior. This is a great, GREEN idea!
