Paypal Requirements~!

Hey fellow money-making myLotters! Any idea if you have to validate your paypal account before you can receive your money (from ptc sites for example)? 'Cos I reached payout at joy-clicks, and immediately decided to withdraw the amount to test if it works, but so far I've not been getting my money! So I wanna know if its joy-clicks not giving me the money, or is it my paypal acnt not yet properly set up to receive money? Thanks!

if i not wrong you won't need to validate it to receive money yea .

you have to either link your bank account to it or use a credit Card!
