Is it the attack of a virus or else. I am finding my mobile too slow to operate now a days. I am fed up with it. Is it some antivirus it needs to be scaned with.

You'd better try to remove you memory card first. Then try to use your phone. Feel the difference. If you feel it's faster, then the problem is on your memory card. Perhaps it's full or exceed your cellphone supported size. But if after you remove the memory card and the slow problem persist, then you may try to upgrade your cellphone's firmware. You can ask for it on the authorized service centre of your cellphone. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

Hello, dhawanbm! First of all, what is the model of your phone? Well, there are two factors that affect the operating system to be slow, it can be a virus attack or the large capacity of the memory card. A smartphone will operate slowly when the capacity of memory card is larger than the limit that a phone can process. For example, a phone can only hold up to 1GB of external memory then you inserted a 2GB memory card, it will run slowly when the external memory contains a lot of data. To be sure, you must download antivirus software such as kaspersky mobile or f secure antivirus. On my phone, I prefer kaspersky mobile to scan files and to delete viruses. I hope you will solve your problem and your phone will operate normally. Happy mylotting!
