Once we gained weight, it is very difficult to lose it. So my suggestion is not to gain too much weight. Regular exercise helps us to reduce our weight. We must also reduce sweet food stuffs. Don't eat too much food. my suggestion is to eat only little food.

No offense.. But that last part kind of makes me laugh. "Only eat a little food". How realistic is that? And who wants to be hungry 24/7? I agree with you that we should stay active (exercising 3-4 times a week at least!) and eat healthfully, but we should be motivated to do so because we want to be STRONG and HEALTHY, not just with the intention of maintaining your weight.

Yes, you are right, I am a little fat right now, I think. It will be better if I lose 15kg, but I find it's really hard for me. Firstly I should be on a diet, and do more excise. I tried severals months ago, but failed.

i know and i understand what you really mean. Its good to maintain normal weight for a healthier and happier life. But there will be times that we just want to treat our selves for something we really want to eat and drink even we know they are not healthy. Exercise is a good way to maintain a normal weight. They said at least 30 minutes of exercise daily will really make a big difference in our health.
I still have fats to lose, and its hard for me to keep on track because it happens that i like to eat this past few weeks.Oh, i do really need to move my lazy body and do workout.
Happy mylotting and smile always.
