I think the Universe is timeless. The milky way,the stars, the comets, the planets all are moving in constant rule. There is no time factor. The universe is timeless and unlimited. All the creatures born, get young and die. This is a constant process. We the humans made time.We made days, weeks, months, years, decades etc. It's true the whole universe is moving. But moving in its constant rule. That's why in the great universe all are going same way constantly.

Universe has time, just the scale is completely different than ours, the universe works on billion of years we work on minutes :D
The second principle of thermodynamics tells us that eventually everything will maximize its entropy, so even the whole universe is subject to change in a non reversible way, but the process is really slow

I definitely agree. Our system of time is totally dependent on very specific happenings that we experience. Who is to say that it is the same EVERYWHERE in the universe? When we realize that the system we made can't be the same everywhere, it becomes meaningless, as does time itself. They say the universe it constantly expanding to infinity with no beginning and no end. This means that the largest amount of time that someone could ever think of still would have no impact when compared to infinity.
