Watching TV in Computer

I am using my computer as television. Initially when i bought the DTH service, i thought of buying a TV. But after a thinking on money, i have decided not to go for TV. The advantages are i can record the TV channels. The DVR software which is bundled with the TV tuner is capable of recording based on scheduling. The disadvantage is for watching TV i have to switch on my computer. If my computer does not work then i cant even watch TV.

I also watch programs in my computer. I stay far from my home due to my studies and i am having computer not TV, but i watch my favorite programs online. http://www.onlinerecharge.in/

Give your laptop a relax. It is convenient, but does not mean you can save more money in this way.

yes, i watch TV with computer too. especially there are many latest film and tv series. you cannot watch it soon with cable TV. it's convinent to watch TV in internet.

Same here i bought this TVBOX TV Tuner and so far its good i can watch TV even without my PC switched on, and i can watch TV while doing something on my desktop. ^^
