I only ever rate people positive. If there is something that they said that I don't agree with, I don't rate them down, as it is there own personal opinion. However if they start using abusive language or start making threats, then yeah I would rate them down and report them.

Congratulations on your 8. I started with a 4 and had it for a long time, then all ofa suddent it jumped up to a 6, then an 8, which it just seems to stay, but that is ok, as it is much better than a 4 anyway lol. I never give anyone a negative either. I just feel that if they take time to respond to a discussion then they should be given a positive. I won't rate those, that I feel aren't of good quality though. I would rate someone with a negative if they were mean and vindictive but otherwise users get a positive rating from me. I am just having so much fun here that I never really worry about whether I get good ratings or not. There will be some that will rate negative no matter what, so I really don't worry about that. I would rate them positive in spite of it. Tha tis just the type of person I am. I like everyone, and I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Well, good luck to you and happy mylotting.

You can normally count on a few good friends to help out when your star is unfairly targeted-so I've heard anyway.
