Im sad and disappointed at neobux....

I open my neoubux yesterday and it was ok, i even continue the service of my two rental referrals. I always open my neobux every 6pm philippine time because that is my server time. When i opened it today, i was shock to see that i am suspended and lucky for me because this explain why they suspended my account. Violations of using two accounts in one computer and i was shocked, why. then i remember what happened the other day.
I invited my associates to join neobux as my direct referral, actually i have 3 from the office. But only one can used since we are using one ip. then last month we cant open neobux in the office, either our IT engineer put it in the site that we cannot open or our server hang the system. Its been a month since any one of them cant open the neobux. But me i open it here at home with my laptop. The othery day, i think that was thursday, i was in my sister office and its already 6pm so i decided to open my neobux there. I have to do it there since its past 6pm and my server time should be 5:17. So it went successfully. When i go home, my associate went with me at home and she said can she open her neobux since i already opened it my sister office so i think its ok.
But now that i am suspended, i think its not allowed and honestly i never think it was violation since i open mine in my sister office. Anyways my questions are if suspended, it mean i can still used in the next few day or i can never open my neoubux anymore?

I think you made the violation stipulated on the Tos. I don't if you are suspended, forever? but as far as I know, you made a mistake that you allow your associate open neobux, in your own computer. They suspect you that you have two accounts, that's why they impose suspension charges against you.

i think that's what they think but i remember , 3 of my direct referrals are my officemates and they are competing who will be the one to open the noebux first. so everyday, so everyday, there is one who open the site with the same ip so how come they didnt suspend either one of them. the same with my friend, her direct referral is also her officemate and they are using the same ip. But they are not suspended. just wondering, since its the same case as mine.

Neobux implemented a new rule a month ago that only one account per computer is allowed. So you said that you and your friend logged in from the same laptop and because of this you violated their T.O.S so your account was suspended. So from now on you better be sure that nobody else logs into neobux from your computer, or you will get suspended again. I personally don't like this rule but the admin said that it is to stop people from cheating on neobux.

well that is my fault i never read the agreement and some new updates of neobux. and again, i was thinking i didnt violate any rules since my account i opened it in my sister office and my friend open it inmy laptop. So if we have to look at it, we opened it just once with different computer. So does it mean i am suspended all my life. i cant believe it. i just hope they give me my first warning.

You can submit a support ticket to them about this situation, maybe they will restore your account.

that is sad... i do hope that neobux admin would consider your explanation. Thanks very much for sharing your experience with us, it would serve as a warning for newbies like us so that we will know what not to do. Who would have thought that you can't log in as a different user in a similar computer. Good thing mylot is not like that. But I guess its because their way of paying us is a lot different from neobux.

That's sad but what happened to you is somehow reasonable. We can refer members from our household but we should not be sharing the same ip address. I don't know if your being banned permanently but I suggest you contact admin and ask and tell them what happened.

she is not member of our household. it just so happen that i already opened my neobux at my sister office so i was thinking that it is ok since we only used neobux once in my laptop that day. i thinks its permanently. if they dont want me then its ok. ive learned my lesson now. i will make sure next time that it will never happen to me anymore.

Sorry to hear that. I wonder how much did you earn from them now before you got suspended. I personally think that neobux has to do that because they wanted a user to use only one ip address for sign up to avoid such cheat.
And it was clear that they pointed out that anyone who caught using the same ip address for sign up will be banned from the site that is why i only have one account even if i have two different computers to open up the website.
It is not an issue if you open an existing account to another location like when you rent a computer in an internet cafe to access your neobux account, that will not be a violation. But to sign up an account using that same ip address, thats the violation of their terms. But just try what other members suggested here if there will be a solution about reactivating your account on neobux.

i earned more than $4 but since im buying rented referrals, the money that i transferred in my paypal account is $2.20. and i still have $.20 before they suspended me. for one i have no intentions of cheating neobux. i already explained that since i open my neobux to my sister office, so my friend can open her neobux using my laptop. technically, we dont used one computer and one network connections.

Have you contacted Neobux and explained what happened? I am still new with Neobux so I am not really that familiar yet with their terms and conditions. Although I am really careful. I don't want my account to be suspended.
Maybe you can also clarify with Neobux if the suspension of your account is permanent or just temporary. Then you can start from there.

Hi Charlenmendoza, I'm sorry to hear your Neobux account been suspended. Since you have found the root cause of suspension, I suggest you to contact the technical support. I'm sure they will be able to tell you wether or not you can re-activate your account. Good luck!
