how if someone will stop the studies and doing something for money.............

my friend ask me for my opinion because now he get a permanent nice job with enough salary and he still a student in a college specialize in business and want to quit it because his boss want him to do a full time work and up to now he still need my opinion as my best friend.......please help me what to say to him
if you are the one to advice him what you will say as an advice?...........

May I ask a question. How many years he will spent to finish the study. one or two years is no a problem, maybe he can talk with his boss to see if boss can give him some more time to finish the study. If he must take the full time work, the first thing to do is to make sure that he will get promotion in the future and the company is a promising one to enable him earn a decent salary.

i advice to follow the decision of the employer for the mean time.
he should save his earnings for the time required to earn the desired amount.
then he complete his savings.Continue to study.
Knowledge is the key to succeed.Education is important, generally speaking.
Here it applies the sayings "there's a right time for everything".
