i don't feel well for two days now.i've been indulged to lots of works the whole week.ive been taking energy drinks so that i will be energized.i called this a very tough week and i think i am being stressed out.i can't even have a good night sleep.are you too?

me either my friend. though i love my work and needed to love it more because thats the only way i am earning everyday. but with lot of paper works to be done everyday and being on the computer at the office and at home, makes my day so very very stressful. then when i got home, problems always greeted me. sometimes i just pour everything out here in mylot. its better like this way.

i understand that. i have been experiencing that way back before. let's just pray that problems will be lessened.

Yes, I have a full time job , which takes a lot of time each day. By the time I get back home, it is close to midnight some days. That's very tiring and stressful. Then again, I have to get up early the next morning and get back to work. I like the job, just that it is very stressful.

we like the job yet we need to think of our health too especially when we lack rest and sleep already. i always go for jobs that's worth attending too and has reasonable pay in echange of my full time and efforts.just don't forget that machines too needs rest. take care pal.

It's funny that I found your discussion when I needed it most too. I am stressed, but for other reasons, my hubby is on a weekend music camp, and I've been alone all this time. He comes back today, but I haven't slept in 2 nights, because I miss him so much. I'm not used to being without him. When I'm stressed like this, I am careful not to drink sugary drinks, because it stresses me more, and makes me too hyper. I have to eat healthier when stressed, but that's hard also, because when I get the blues, I don't care to eat much at all. Make sure you get some vegetables, and less sugary foods to help your nervous system. Thank you flagella.

nice relationship you've got there. i tried to drink milk a couple of times yet it's not working.i guess it's psychological.i need to think that im sleepy.i just hope it works.im planning to file a leave from work.
