Besides today being Fathers Day (and to all you wonderful, fantastic Dads out there I wish you a Happy and Healthy one) Today is the Summer Solstice. It begins at 1:45 EDT and is marked by the suns entry into nurturing Cancer (hey I'm a Cancer). Anyway, in northern latitudes long hours of daylight create warmth that speeds the growth of our plants. It also means the start of summer fun . . . So what is your favorite thing to do at this time of the year? Oh and one more all important aspect of the Summer Solstice . . .is that we can reap some additional sweetness as Venus and Mars are in exact conjunction . For in the last few days these cosmic lovers have been traveling very close together. . opening up the channels for our desire for fun and romance
