since finding out i have coeliac disease i have been really annoyed at the amount of gluten free food there is available in the shops.so ive decided to start up my own business making gluten free products my first question is too any coeliacs out there wht kind of produts do you want available to you i was thinking about muffins but then thought that may be too common. my second question is does anyone know of any sites where i could find facts and figures of what gluten free products re on the market and whats the most popular products are any help is appreciated. happy mylotting
