If someone makes a sarcastic comment on your work, how would you react?

When I was in college, I took a business class, which also require you and other classmates to assemble a team to finish a certain project for the class. The team assembly was assigned by our professor. I was with two black girls that time as my team mate. Once we had a meeting at the library, I show them my research results. One of my team mate always play antagonistic on me. I didn't know why, I guess that she is racist. Because I respect them both, and I work as hard as I can to show my work. She just keep on giving me some sarcastic comments. I just request my professor to assign me to another team, because we couldn't work like that as a team, if you can repsect each other.

DOn't bother. I usually will not care and just proceed. I know it hard, but just proceedd with whatever you think its right, because usually people like that suffer from inferiority and takes other means to say their anger. At least you dare see ypur professor and asked to be transfer to other team. If me, just stick with it and bear the tormented and wish time flies.

Hi clorissa i agree with what u feel coz it also happened to me, my classmates when i was in college used to make comments about the content of my research since i was one of the writter of our school newspaper i was embarrassed for thinking that frequent of doing such comments have lost my confidence in writting. But i just keep my self not to offend, all i have to do is to ignore them and just be nice with them. I pretend to accept their suggestions since they claimed the're right. i've tried not to be closed with them,to avoid having arguments. Just keep away to people like this. Happy mylotting

It sounds like you did the right thing. You will always have problems with other people once in awhile. Always try to be the better person. Sometimes it can really be hard. It sounds like you did the right thing in that situation. I would've done the same thing.

My boss always likes to make sarcastic comments . I was working on a case for amonth and got the premium (money that was needed ) to put the policy in in force so an agent could make a commisision check . Her comment was " good thing too this case took forever . I thought bull it has been a month ( which is super fast ) , but good to know you didn't think before you spoke . Instead I just innored her . I know I worked hard on that case and all my cases for that matter . She just always has a chip on her sholder and it has noithing to do woth me . I just go to work, do my work and leave
