I don't eat burgers..and I rarely eat eggs, but I figured I would respond to this discussion anyway. Have you ever considered that maybe the egg isn't making you fat, but the cheeseburger? Cheeseburgers aren't very good for you to begin with; but eating an egg isn't too bad. Eggs actually have a lot of protein (although the yokes have some cholestrol, which isn't very good for you). They're not really bad for you, unless you have too much of them.
You should try to experiment around and see if you can make a more healthy burger; and you could try frying your sunny-side up egg in fat-free cooking spray rather than in butter or margarine. You could also try adding more vegetables to your burger; and getting rid of the cheese. Adding vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and radishes could be a good idea! Vegetables are very low-calorie and actually help fill you up.
These are just some ideas for you!

Wow. Well said reply. Thank you for your suggestions. Yeah It's the hamburger with egg that would make me fat. I like to eat it because it's really yummy. Now, I am disciplining myself to have a good diet and eat just enough food. Thank you for your nice response. I appreciate it a lot.

i eat cheeseburger, and i do like it a lot but i dont put egg in it. i wont probably like the taste. but if its a ham sandwich, adding an egg cooked sunny side up is really perfect.
i dont think the egg is making you fat, but the cheeseburgers for sure are fattening.

What I meant was the egg makes the cheeseburger more delicious, making me want to eat more and more. In that way, it would make me fat. LOL

I like adding egg to my burgers too, but unfortunately, there is not fastfood chain that has that kind of menu. I wonder who started that kind of combination, egg with burger. i first discovered that in our college canteen. i don't really mind if it will make me fat or not, I eat whenever I feel hungry. And burger with egg is really filling.

I found this kindof menu in a kiosk. Where you can decide what to add on your burger. YEAH!

I love burgers so much! I could even consume 2 cheeseburgers in a day. I know they contain high levels of calories, but who cares? as long as I'm happy with what I'm having...

well it doesnt really matter. may there be a cheese in it or not as long as its a burger then i could eat it anyways. but its also much more wonderful if its all complete. with the cheese and an egg in it. that would be totally nice to ahve.a complete meal.

I've never heard of anyone eating a burger with egg on it. Honestly I think it sounds kind of weird so I don't think it's something i'd ever try

I also love eating burgers but I love cheese more so instead of adding egg to my burger, I prefer cheese more. I can actually eat 10-15 slices of cheese. Cheese is the main reason why I gained weight. I do not drink milk so I eat cheese more often to be able to get the nutrients there that I do not get because of my habit of not drinking milk.
