the skeptic outcome or survival? 2012

what is the real deal with 2012? are we all just going to die? what is really going to happen? does the earth expplode? do we get to close to the sun? do aliens invade our world? please people give me your opinions i need to know what real people think about this.

I don't think something spectacular will come right at the year of 2012. How much could possibly happen just within 3 years? I think it's still the same like this years. Armageddon? I don't think so, may be it still have possibility if God really decide it like that, but with my own perspective as an ordinary human being I can't imagine any spectacular event will appear. May be the weather getting hotter (global warming effect), or higher pollution level on the city, or increasing of the sea level, something like that, no more.
