Can YOU teach me how to cook carbonara?

I'm a frustrated chef.:) I so love to cook! I wanted to learn new things about cooking. I want to learn how to cook carbonara because my mother likes it a lot. Her birthday is coming, and I want to surprise her, I want to cook her favorite pasta which is carbonara (spaghetti/pasta with white sauce). Can you teach me an easy way of cooking it? And if you know how to cook carbonara with a little twist on it, that's definitely great! Thanks! :D

Hmmn... I've cooked this once. It tasted good.
what you need is:All purpose cream
Milk
Quick melt cheese
Bacon/ Ham
Mushroom (should be diced)
Margarine
Spaghetti noodles
salt
cooking oil
White Pepper (grinned)
Cook the noodles for about 10 minutes. Boil water, add salt and cooking oil.
After that, drain noodles and immediately pour cold water.
Prepare the all purpose cream and milk. Mix it both until well-blended. Try not to put too much milk.
What you need to do first is to melt the margarine in a pan, put some bacon/ ham with it. Wait for a few minutes until it's finally crunchy (for bacon. After that, add quick melt cheese. Mix it.
Then pour the sauce(all purpose cream & milk) then add some mushroom. boil for about 10 minutes or until finally condensed. You can with it pepper to add some spice.
