It's quite annoying to know that I started to have white hair in my head. I'm not sure when did it started, it's just that my office mate noticed it. I thought it was just a joke but then my family started to notice it too. That was the time when I started to be conscious of what's happening. Do you think stress and work pressure were one of the factor of having such color of hair? Is there any way to make the color of my hair back to normal? Please let me know if you have any idea for this matter. Do share your thoughts. Thank you in advance to all.

I believe it can be heritage, it can be stress and grief. Who knows right?

I have a few white hairs, my advice will be just to let it go, and see maybe if you have some hightlights if you like that kind of thing, sounds like a good idea to me.lol I am sleepy now, so maybe you can ask your mom or a friend if you feel you need advice about.

I am 22 years and I have some white hairs, The first one maybe my boyfriend had noticed so and I was a bit embarassed because I am someone who likes to look good well not with a white hair though. I took off the white hair and then later I found them again. I went to see the doctor and he told me that it is because of work, studies and stress all at the same time and I should be taking more vitamins for that. I did what he told me and now I do not have any big complain for my hair. I have also had fallen hairs which was bad for me but this also was gone very quickly with vitamins and some precautions while combing my hair. Hair should be taken great care of. Whether when we eat, when we comb it, when we wash it with a shampoo or when we dye it with some colours.

Thank you so much for your advice. By the way, would you mind sharing the vitamins you have taken? I might try it too.

I agree it depends on your genetics as well as stressors in your life. It will never go back to "normal" it's called aging and we all go thru it some of us sooner than later, some of us in different ways than our peers. When in doubt you can always camoflage it with a blonde highlight and eventually you'll have to join the ranks of the rest of us who have to dye our hair so we don't look older than we are.

Yes, stress and work pressure is the reason for it of course. All you need to do now is drink plenty of water and eat green vegetables and fresh fruits as well. Don't take so much stress and if u wish you can dye your hair with other colors. As there are man other colors available in the market. It will not only solve your problem but also give a new look to your hair. All the best!!!
