Problems with neobux

Hi all, I joined neobux few weeks back, but looks like its not working for me atall. Firstly everday i could view only 3 ads, for 1 ad it always says someone from ur IP alredy viewed in last 24 hrs.,though it has a star in front of it. And now, the other 3 ads too ahve always have a clock mark over it, its nearly a week i didn't clicked on any ad. It always shows i ad available, n that too is not credited. I asked this thing in neobux forum too, but no one replied.. Anyone else had some similar experience.
