I have bought a house by stages,and now,I must spend two-part of my salary monthly on it.I t is a stiff work.I must live a frugal life,I abstain from coffee,fashionable clothes.But I think 5years later,when I accomplish all the stages, I would get a better life.
what about you?Have you bought a house? How moch do you spent no it monthly?

The house payment that my husband and I have to pay is less than his apartment efficiency rent that he paid for years before we married. He paid $325 monthly for a one room apartment, and we pay about $300 for our mortgage every month on a house that was worth $90,000 before the economy crashed. In our case, the bad economy's done nothing but help us...we bought the house for 56% of its original value. :)

I haven't bought a house yet but planning to buy, may be by end of this year my fiancee is planning so we are arranging the money for down payment and registration. As he works in banking sector so we will be given with low rate of Interest. It also depends on for how many years we are going to repay the loan.

We bought a house 8 years ago. Our payment is $900 USD which was hard at first but we are so thankful for it now. We went to look at houses last year and the one we liked would have had a payment of $3900 a month. Out tiny house keeps us warm and sheltered. Compared to the payment needed it looks like we are in the right house for us. Only 22 years to go and it will be ours.

Yes I've bought one, just like you I must pay the credit every month for approximately $ 100 (if it's converted on US Dollar), but even worst than you I must pay it until 15 years... what a long journey. My house prize is approximately $ 13,000, I've given $ 2,500 as the down payment, and the rest of it I must pay like I said above, $ 100 per month for 15 years. So, thanks for that I must think really carefully to spend my money, mostly when this year I'll also have a baby. Even me and my wife both have a job, but still we need to manage our financial really carefully.
