I think it's also something to do with the fiber content. The more fiber you eat, the better your digestive system, and the better your digestive system, the more you can lose weight!

Hi Amorti, I need to ask which one have you used? I have tried it. I did not buy it online though because of the scams. I actually bought from GMC, Walmart, and Walgreens. I will say though the one from Walmart though was well excuse the language, garbage. It was made of just that too. The ones from GMC, and Walgreens though, the ingredients I could pronounce. Also it didn't do any major weight loss thing but I did notice my weight drop some cause of more activities I was doing, also with just drinking water. It also helped with more restful sleep. So it all depends on what is in it. (I haven't boughten any in a while, so if you could tell me the one that worked for you, I want to give it a try. Thanks)

Hi airakumar! I can't answer this from my own experience, because I have never used it, but I can tell you what I've learned from a July Readers Digest issue. There is no proof that this product is going to actually help you loose weight or give more energy. The sure thing is that Acai Berry is a good source of antioxidants, but one can't know how much acai there is in a product, which is way too expensive.
It's easy to understand that a person who wants to drop some pounds is going to try almost anything to achieve their goal, but as of today there is no miracle medicine, so be cautious before you give it a try.
