do you guys love dogs

since i was as small boy i have always loved pets especially the dogs.i love them due to their friendly nature and more so importantly as the home guards st night but the funny thing about the dogs that offends me is their ability to want to sleep inside with you when they should be outside keeping vigil. i always admire german shepherd dogs but how can i get one? any idea guys.
